Proactive Guidance Today for Peace of Mind Tomorrow

Welcome to Neo Benefits Navigation

I'm Monica Skalski, a Private Patient Advocate Healthcare Navigator serving Summit County and surrounding communities. I help individuals and families understand their options, protect their rights, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

About Me

As your Private Patient Advocate/Healthcare Navigator I work solely for you and your family. With 15 years experience coordinating healthcare services in behavioral health, skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings, I can explain insurance plans and benefits, help navigate complex care systems and advocate directly on your family's behalf.

My work includes communicating directly with families, insurance companies and healthcare providers simultaneously. This experience makes me an effective advocate/navigator for families struggling to cope with complex systems and issues from short- to long-term care, end-of-life planning and related issues. I have a network of medical, legal and other advisors and can refer to other professionals for expertise while continuing to coordinate your care.

When not working, I spend time with my husband and our two sons. We enjoy school activities, our local parks, hiking, and I enjoy making things grow in my garden.

I look forward to helping make a difference for you.
